Description
A rare and striking Penang Peach seedling collected from Singapore approx. 30years ago by George Brown, then curator of the Darwin Botanical Gardens. The original very old tree in Singapore was recently visited and is only 2.5m tall.
After years of uncertainty and debate, we have proven that Dwarf George Brown and Musk rainbow are the same variety.
The flowers emerge a very deep strong color. As the flowers mature, they fade into a beautiful pink, tan annd pale purple colored flower.
This is a very special variety.
A true semi dwarf tree – size range is 1.5m – 2m – with flowers that are of unique coloration.
